before making your appointment below, please read through and ensure you understand the following policies:
all clients are required to wear a mask for the duration of the appointment.
cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee that is equal to the lowest end of the sliding scale rate for the missed appointment.
if you are running late, please text me to let me know as soon as possible! if i have not heard from you at 5 minutes past the appointment start time i will text you to confirm that you are on your way and still planning on coming in. if i have not heard from you at 15 minutes past the appointment start time i will consider it a no-show and you will be charged the appropriate fee.
if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. this will be decided on a case to case basis.
if you are sick or test positive for covid-19, i ask that you cancel or reschedule with as much notice as possible. cancellations due to illness will not incur a cancellation fee.
all clients are required to fill out intake paperwork before their first appointment. the intake form is available through a link in the appointment confirmation email.
in order to allow time in my schedule to see all my clients regularly i am able to see clients as often as every other week, but not weekly. if you book appointments in back-to-back weeks, i will ask you to cancel or reschedule one of them.
a note on availability:
to best manage my schedule i've made online booking available for two months at a time. this means that at any given time appointments are available for the current month and the next month. on the 1st of each month i will open up the next month for booking. for example: on september 1st i will make the month of october available for booking, and on october 1st i will make november appointments available, etc.
