book an appointment

before making your appointment below, please read through and ensure you understand the following policies:

  • all clients are required to wear a mask for the duration of the appointment.

  • cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee that is equal to the lowest end of the sliding scale rate for the missed appointment.

  • if you are running late, please text me to let me know as soon as possible! if i have not heard from you at 5 minutes past the appointment start time i will text you to confirm that you are on your way and still planning on coming in. if i have not heard from you at 15 minutes past the appointment start time i will consider it a no-show and you will be charged the appropriate fee.

  • if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. this will be decided on a case to case basis.

  • if you are sick or test positive for covid-19, i ask that you cancel or reschedule with as much notice as possible. cancellations due to illness will not incur a cancellation fee.

  • all clients are required to fill out intake paperwork before their first appointment. the intake form is available through a link in the appointment confirmation email.

  • in order to allow time in my schedule to see all my clients regularly i am able to see clients as often as every other week, but not weekly. if you book appointments in back-to-back weeks, i will ask you to cancel or reschedule one of them.

a note on availability:

to best manage my schedule i've made online booking available for two months at a time. this means that at any given time appointments are available for the current month and the next month. on the 1st of each month i will open up the next month for booking. for example: on september 1st i will make the month of october available for booking, and on october 1st i will make november appointments available, etc.
